Q: How do I book my wedding?
A: Call or e-mail us to verify time and date availability.

Q: When is the deposit due?
A: The deposit is due at time of booking to reserve the date and time for your wedding.

Q: When is the final payment due?
A: Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Q: What if we cancel?
A: All deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full you will receive a refund minus the deposit and
any expenses incurred by Elegant Beach Weddings.

Q: Who will  perform the ceremony?
A: We provide an officiate with all our packages. We have both male and female officiates.

Q: Can we provide our own officiate?
A: Yes,  he or she must be Ordained or a Notary for the state of Florida.
We will deduct $200.00 from your package.

Q: Who does the photography?
A: Our photographer "Cassandra Smith" has a degree in photography. We offer a variety of photo's
of your wedding, we offer enlargements up to 16 x 20 canvas. We also offer 5 x 7 and 8 x 10 wedding
albums. Most beach wedding company's only offer 4 x 6 photo's. Our photography sets us apart from
other companies.

Q: What if it rains?
A: Though we have many days of beautiful sunshine we recommend that you have a back up plan.
The wedding can be changed to the next day providing we have availability.

Q: Will there be other people on the beach?
A: yes, All Florida beaches are public beaches. We cannot reserve the beach areas.

Q: Can we have the wedding at the location we are staying at?
A: Yes, however you must obtain permission from the resort, hotel or condo.
Please verify if there are beach usage fee's. The couple is responsible for such fee's.

Q: Do you provide music?
A" Yes, many of our packages include pre-recorded music. We also offer music on our Ala Carte
menu.
